  • Do not constitute clinical diagnosis: No type of medical or psychological diagnosis related to the user's well-being or health is offered.

  • Do not replace medical care: In case medical attention or psychological treatment is needed, the user must consult a certified professional.

  • Do not promise specific results: The Site and the services do not offer guarantees of immediate transformation or specific results. The success of the processes depends on the user's commitment and effort.

3.2 User Rules During the Services

The user, by participating in the services, agrees to comply with the following rules and conditions:

  • Voluntary Participation: The user must participate voluntarily in all activities, sessions, and programs offered, with full knowledge of their conditions.

Payments and Policies.

  • Demonstrated technical error: If a technical error occurs in the payment processing or in the provision of services that prevents their proper execution, the user may request a review of the case. However, the Holder is not responsible for unforeseen technical failures beyond their control.

4.3 Cancellations

Appointments and sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least24 hours in advance. If the user does not comply with this policy, the session will be charged as if it had been completed, with no option for refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours: If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the user will accept the full charge for the session.

  • Rescheduling: If the user wishes to reschedule a session, they must do so within the established timeframe (24 hours in advance). If rescheduling is not possible, the charge for the session will be effective.

 



Intellectual Property.


All content provided on the Site, including methods, languages, protocols, rituals, sigils, documents, images, mental models, and concepts of applied neuroplasticity, is protected byinternational copyrightand other intellectual property laws. Below are the conditions related to intellectual property and the use of these resources:

5.1 Protected Content

Personal decisions must be evaluated and assumed by the user.

7.3 Site Availability

The Owner does not guarantee the following:

8.3 Data Storage and Security

The Holder will take appropriate measures to protect the user's personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes the use of standard security technologies and procedures, such asdataencryption and restricted access to personal information.

8.4 User Rights

The user has the following rights regarding their personal data:

  • Access: The right to access the information that the Holder has about the user.

  • Rectification: The right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in the provided personal data.

  • Cancellation: The right to request the deletion of personal data when it is no longer necessary for the authorized purposes.

  • Opposition: The right to object to the processing of their data in certain cases, in accordance with applicable legislation.

To exercise these rights, the user must contact the Holder through the channels established in thePrivacy Policyof the Site.

8.5 Cookie Policy

The Site may usecookiesto improve the user's browsing experience. 10.2 Acceptance of Modifications

By continuing to use the Site after changes have been made to the Terms and Conditions, the useracceptsthe modifications. If the user does not agree with the modifications, they mustleave the Siteand cease using the services offered.
